Connecting venture, public and infrastructure capital

The Capital Stack for the Power Buildout

The first panel explored how emerging power and infrastructure solutions progress from venture investment and early commercialization to larger, financeable projects.

The conversation covered technology validation, first-of-a-kind deployments, public and catalytic capital, and the customer commitments needed to support project financing. It connected the decisions made early in a company’s development with the requirements of investors funding infrastructure at scale.

The capacity to deliver

From Gigawatts on Paper to Power in the Ground

The second panel examined what determines whether new power capacity can be built once demand and capital are in place. The discussion brought the physical, industrial and policy requirements of delivery into focus.

Topics included utility planning, grid connections, generation, equipment, supply chains, manufacturing, workforce and permitting. Together, they highlighted the coordination required between customers, utilities, developers, manufacturers and government.
